Whilst Home Point BG has a fixed price policy for many services, bespoke solutions can also be obtained which tailor to your specific needs which means that you are always paying for the best service possible to your situation.

Payments can be made either in the UK through Balkan Legal & Finance or directly to Home Point BG. Fixed charges are as follows;

Legal Advice on property acquisition €925 or 1.1% of purchase price

Conveyancing without mortgage €775 or .9% of purchase price

Conveyancing with mortgage €825 or 1% of purchase price (extra €50 for Piraeus mortgage)

Building, Contents & Lessors Liability Insurance renewal fee €50 (plus the cost of the insurance policy)

Contractual legal Attitude €275

Contractual Legal Negotiation €305

Contract termination €305

Annex preparation & review €175

General Legal Advice €60/ hour

Property Sale (acting for seller) €825

Limited Company Set Up €725 (this includes court costs)
